Bill Bender, NHA, MBA, Administrator With St. Mary's Care Center since 1990 I ensure that our mission – "Through our exceptional health care services, we reveal the healing presence of God" – guides our daily actions. I work with staff from all departments as well as residents and their families to ensure that the best in quality care is provided. Thoughts about St. Mary's Care Center: We are blessed to have the best physical environment for providing a resident-centered culture, but we also have an outstanding group of employees committed to delivering quality services. I'm proud and fortunate to be a member of such a wonderful team.

In addition, I am involved in many initiatives such as shared accountability, resident safety and quality improvement efforts. Thoughts about St. Mary's Care Center: I truly enjoy my work because it allows me to positively affect the care of all SMCC residents and make permanent improvements in long-term care issues. At the same time, I enjoy the ability to interact with staff from all departments as well as with all of the residents here—those here for rehabilitation or those making SMCC their permanent home.
Pamela A. Norton, Office Manager With St. Mary's Care Center since 1991 I’m responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and general office tasks. There’s always something new to learn or improve on. St. Mary’s Care Center residents and staff are like family to me.
